She is a bilingual and highly experienced HR executive and business partner with 15+ years of expertise in organizational culture, change management, staff development, employee relations, and employee engagement. Other areas of expertise include implementing HRIS and accounting systems, converting pension plans, developing and implementing workforce reduction plans, developing plans to ensure compliance, and actively identifying ways to improve efficiencies.
